just mediocre food for the price of it. I dont think I would ever come back here for just some pasta.

We walked in the door. There were several employees, no customers waiting to order ahead of us and yet not one of them came to take our order until we waved and said excuse me repeatedly. My husband ordered his favorite menu item but, at 10:30 am, they were put of the gravy for that item. So we both ordered the French breakfast, paid and went to get our coffee and tea. They were out of most flavors of tea. My husband poured the coffee and it wasn't warm. He brought this to the attention of an employee and she argued with him about it before finally pointing to another pot that she had just made. Then I went to get my hot water for tea. When I got to the table, the hot water wasn't hot either! Then we waited for our food. When it came, the bacon and croissants were cold and the potato was lukewarm. We asked for a manager. Sje never came out, even after I asked a second time. I was told she was busy and would come out when she was done. We have always been fans of La Madeleine and frequent them whenever we are traveling and find one. This is, by far, the wort experience we have ever had. I plan to contact headquarters about this experience.

Normally , I would have given a good review, but in bringing a new customer , this experience was less than stellar. Ordering took a few minutes to be services. I notices staff members doing busy work. After my order was taken, It took a while for us to get our food. Other customers , who apparently ordered similar items were served before mine. I tried to ask a server, again doing busy work, to assist me did not seem to enthused in helping. After some time, they finally went to locate my to go order, which had been sitting there since I inquired. Finally I got the to go order was ready, to find out that the order was incorrect and cold.. . I was pretty disappointed in the service. The potato galette was undercooked, my eggs were not scrambled as requested. I can only hope that my guests breakfast was better.

The food tastes great! I ordered through DoorDash twice. The first experience was great and the second order had delicious food. However, when I received the wrong order (on the second order) there was little to no attempt by management to speak with me over the phone to try to fix the issue. The food was good just not what I asked or paid for. Wish the outcome would’ve been different.

Great place. Delicious food. Although it took 45 minutes for us to get our order we did go at around peak time so we were understanding of the wait time. Highly recommend The County French Breakfast. It does look like the average breakfast but the croissant was amazing and the bacon was so nice and crunchy. The scrambled eggs were great too
