The size of the donuts in the box don’t match the ones on the glass display in the shop, they are much smaller in the final take out box. Make sure the employee gets you the ones from the display with bigger donut sizes. This is joke, would never step my foot to this location!
This location is horrible at customer service. They will tell you one thing and then when you get product the box is nasty and not presentable for a gift. I decided to order some for my husband for Valentine’s Day thinking it would be in the advertised box . WRONG it wasn’t . Manager explained that they only received a certain amount then WHY advertise them for Valentine’s Day. But overall the doughnuts are fresh but the box was nasty with icing everywhere. Definitely not a gift.
Love the place but hot chocolate needs more consistency. Been tasting diluted or watered down last couple of time
So tired of stopping here when the light is on and ordering hot donuts and getting room temp donuts. What a waste.
Last night, I had some friends over and decided to get some late night night donuts. Well, I ordered and paid for the new dessert dozen and waited 60 minutes for them to get here with a sticker that says I ordered the dessert dozen, opened it to see the regular variety pack. Which was extremely disappointing when i had people waiting for them and not to mention the price difference of what I paid for versus what I received. These type of places are obviously not meant to be delivered.
