Absolutely love this place they was so pleasant and even gave some whip cream for my dogs. We will definitely be back.
This place is run by the nicest people. They are so efficient and are always willing to get you your best dessert. Seriously these people need to work at Disney world they are so good at what they do
This location has seen better days. Inside is a little run down and gloomy. Could turn a light on. Staff wasn’t all that friendly. Found a small bug in the lemonade sorbet.
Every time I come here with my children, the employees are so rude and miserable. One time I was standing there waiting for 5 minutes listening to them talk about a customer that just left. One employee points out that I was waiting and the employee literally says “I don’t care”. Another time an employee was talking on the phone and became annoyed at me because I tried to order. I always tip to see if I’ll at least get a smile. They need to offer a more thorough and constant customer training program for employees or, I hate to say it, but they need to stop hiring these super young employees if their not going to teach and monitor correctly.
Good ice cream, but rude staff. They make you wait outside to order. Not a fan of mask nazis
