Yesterday they left the bacon on my sandwich.nToday hard cookie. Hair on my sandwich. No apology from THE MANAGER that I spoke to. Then heard associate saying I was doing the most right through the window. When I asked her who she was talking about, she said me! Lol, unbelievable!!! Everything about this location is disgusting!

So sad to see one of my favorite restaurants' quality of food deteriorate in the last few months. I've been coming to this Panera location for the past 3 years on a weekly basis; and in the last 6 months, not only has the quality of food gone down, but the quality of service has plummeted - including incorrect orders and longer wait times.

Panera's sweet tea has always been wonderful. Imagine my surprise when the staff at this location pointed me to an unsweetened tea dispenser and told me I could add simple syrup to it.

Awful. Did delivery and french onion soup was missing cheese and croutons, grilled cheese was barely grilled, chicken in salad was bad and lettuce was brown, half full dressing container (which ended up not mattering because salad went in the trash). Stay away. Also just tried the tomato soup because my son said it tasted weird. I tasted it and gagged - tastes like rancid, spoiled seafood. I have no idea how you can serve such food.

I'm especially impressed during covid that you can order online and they'll bring your order out to you. Even while you're sitting outside on the patio. Inside, there were several people without masks. Some were eating, drinking. But many were just on computers or in line without masks. So the online order made me feel a lot more comfortable.
