I just had one of the easiest and nicest purchasing experiences at Gardner Mattress! Over 20 years ago, I bought a new mattress set from there, and it was long past time for me to replace it. Thankfully the old bed had served me very well, so I only briefly considered going elsewhere this time (hey, I'm not immune to online advertising and tempting-sounding sale prices), but I am so happy I decided to stick with this wonderful local business. They gave great guidance and I even got a discount for being a return customer, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Always a quality product at excellent price points. Buying experience, with Kirk, from the very beginning was simple and pleasant. Delivery was within the timeframe provided and the delivery team members were great, pleasant and very accommodating.
Great customer service and great mattresses! We have needed custom bs/mattress for old beds and they have been perfect.
I am VERY happy with my new mattress. I was able to do the measurements over the phone when the shop opened. Kirk made a recommendation for a style of mattress. The mattress was promptly made and delivered. I look forward to many happy nights sleeping in great comfort.
