Chris was absolutely amazing in assisting my last minute changes. Professionalism at it's BEST!
I was really impressed with Chris at the front desk. He was great! I could not believe how attentive he was and made me feel like I was choosing the right unit. I would recommend this location to all of my friends!
Johnathan was wonderful!!! He completed my contract and answered all my questions. I couldn’t store my belongings at any other storage facility. He deserves 5 stars.
They only allow one customer in the building at a time so I had to wait in the cold. Also this location doesnt accept cash which was very inconvenient and the guy who worked there...I guess we all need a job but I can suggest the names of a few who I'm sure would be able to do the job better than this guy. He was of no help with anything and couldnt seem more uninterested. I would rather pay the annoying 5 dollar convenience fee to pay online then go in store. Wouldnt be surprised if that was his plan all along given the piss poor service I received.
