Tavirris, the manager was super helpful.nEven called other locations trying to find what I needed.nAnd moved my uhaul for me. (I can't drive large vehicles well at all so this was super helpful in a tight spot)
The general manager and the assistant manager both were a absolute joy to have assist me with my needs.. the assistant manager answered ALL and EVERY question I had asked the general manager helped me with my trailer and they both sent me on my way... Definitely will back to rent again!
I had a issue with the truck i had , when i brought it back the staff was more than accommodating, it was a great experience and i really appreciate this staff.
The assistant manager is a disgrace to this company, she clearly hates her job. Lacks basic communication and customer service skills. Rude and ghetto to the maximum level.
Just when I lost all hope for customers service skills in college park. the manager MS. WRAY showed me otherwise !!!!
