Fox Moving and Storage Atlanta

This company was a life saver for our move. Caprice Caliendo was very thorough when I was booking my appointment. She was excellent at handling all my questions and making sure I was fully aware of what I needed to do on my end to have a successful move. Sal and his team were such great movers and extremely professional. They were so sweet with my kids and patient. Highly recommend Caprice to book and Sal and his team to be the movers!

I am very disappointed in Fox moving company. I called yesterday and asked for a quote and if they had anything available for that day. The representative put me on hold and then came back and said yes they could for $119 at 3pm. I told her I would call her right back, let me talk to my son. So I called her back and said we would do it after confirming the price. I had her on speaker phone and asked her was it $119 an hour or was it $119 flat. She replied just $119 and she also change the time to 3-5pm, and I said I really need it before then so she said maybe around 3:30pm. We agreed and my son paid the $119 over the phone. About 30 minutes later the same representative called and said we have a three men crew in the area but it will be an extra $20 and it will go faster, again we said that's fine. Around 4pm, another representative called and said that they had problems with a truck and they wouldn't be able to move my son until 7pm. So, of course things happen out of our control, but when running a business you should have your vehicles working or be ready to compensate your customers. They were only willing to give a 10% percent discount after telling me I had one already which wasn't true. The movers didn't show up until 8:30pm at night. First thing the mover said was lets get your payment and my son said he already paid. The mover said that it was a down payment and it's $119 an hour with a two-hour minimum. So if we cancelled at that point we would have lost our money. I asked to speak to a manager which we never talked to but was told all he could do was give a 20% discount. So we waited 5 hours after the schedule time and then paid an extra $200 for the misinformation of their representative with only a 20% discount, for a move of one bedroom that consist of a TV and TV stand, one lamp, a dresser/ mirror and a headboard and mattress. That's it! Wow! I would stay away from this company because they don't care about their customers or their time. They are more into deceiving their customers to get money. Very sad!

Such a great experience for a move. From the start they were quick to respond to my inquiry, extremely fair in their pricing, and able to do a move on very short notice. Sean, Mike, and Fred were total professionals. They carried every piece of furniture as if it were theirs. They worked quickly, were accurate on the time it would take to do the move, and took every precaution to make sure we were satisfied on every front. I’m moving my mom soon and I’ll be calling Fox and asking for my same crew. I’ve used a couple of Fox’s competitors, and now that I’ve found one, they’ll be my only movers and I will recommend to anyone I know who’s moving. Great job, y’all!

I’ve used them three times now. The most recent was to move my elderly mother closer. The crews are incredibly nice and respectful. They took great care with our items. Wrapped and protected stuff way better than I even do when I used to move my own stuff. Highly recommend

Halfway through an interstate move with Fox going from Atlanta to Nashville. The crew that came to move us out of my existing home were great - professional, respectful, hardworking, and careful. Joel, Miguel, and Javon all were fantastic - a pleasure to work with. I hope we get a similar crew for our move in team. Fox is also able to provide localnstorage which is a nice convenience. Fair pricing, flexible and responsive - definitely recommend.
