ADL Delivery is by far the most unprofessional courier that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Consistently late on pickups and deliveries. Extremely high turnover rate. Drivers do not care about your package or it's safety. They make continuous promises and fail to deliver.nnPromised AM drop offs happen consistently but then, thanks to their extremely high turn over, they replace drivers and then your scheduled drop offs and pickups are completely screwed up for months while they continue to make promises to fix the problems. My building is less than five miles from their facility, and even with assurances of making me a priority, i am still getting shafted on my delivery times.nnI will end with this: If you are a business that relies on your customers being happy, and you have to rely on a company to take care of your customers with timely deliveries, ADL is NOT the company for you. You should move on.
Horrible experience with this company. I ordered a set of wheels from a wheel dealer who ships with this company. On the day they were scheduled to arrive, I made sure I was at the delivery location all day so that I was available when they dropped them off. The next day, I was leaving for vacation, so it was important I receive them the expected day so I could get them mounted to my vehicle. Well, the day came and went. I called all day long to check when they should arrive and after many phone calls, finally found out at 6:30 pm that the driver did not stop at my location at all. At first, the driver lied and tried to say he stopped and no one was at this location, but I called him on that. So, at 6:30PM, I got in my vehicle and drove an hour to Atlanta to pick up my wheels. When I was there, I was told that the management would be contacting me about this issue. 5 more days went by and I heard nothing from management. I called and spoke to Karim and he vaguely apologized and said they would look into it, but that is about the jist of it. Complete unprofessionalism on every level.
