David was great. He first asked enough questions to point us in the right direction. It was wonderful to narrow the search considering the large inventory. It was obvious David's intent wasn't to sell, or up-sell, but to connect us with the right instrument. Considering our narrow knowledge of pianos, David took the time to answer any and all questions. I really appreciate that our concerns came first. We also enjoyed meeting his delivery team who were warm, friendly, and polite. I am happy to recommend David, England Piano.

We absolutely love our grand piano and experience with England Piano. Not only is David very knowledgeable about the products he has a ton of patience. We literally looked at almost every piano in the warehouse. There for hours and David was wonderful! Anything you need to know about a piano he can inform you! Purchasing our new piano was stressful for us but with David on board helping us it became a piece of cake! Thank you David and England Piano for the beautiful experience.

We had a great experience previously purchasing a digital piano from England Piano and recently took advantage of their trade program to upgrade to a new grand piano. Trying to select the right piano with so many choices out there was daunting, but Carder and David made the shopping experience fun and educational. I made many visits to the store to try different pianos and they were both so helpful and patient with all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the extra effort David personally put into prepping the piano for us to make sure everything was perfect upon delivery, and their team's expertise handling a challenging move into our home. We bought a used piano here, it looks brand new. I found the selection and quality to be unmatched around town, and I looked around. I also felt that they were not pushy and aggressive as I took my time to decide what piano and what price point were right for us. The sound quality is excellent and the delivery was also very easy and professional.
