Aaron is amazing! I was in a pinch and he came to the rescue! Can’t thank him enough!!! This is the second time I have used him to move and will continue to use him in the future! Atlanta Furniture Taxi did an incredible job. Makenna did an incredible job walking me and my husband Glenn through the whole process, which was a bit overwhelming after 19 years in the same home. We did the estimate via a FaceTime call. The team of movers were not only on time, they were early! They were super efficient, kind and professional. They all wore masks the entire day, which I know is tough when you're doing heavy lifting but it gave us peace of mind. Not one complaint. We would absolutely use them again. But hopefully we won't be moving again in a long time!

This moving company is great! They showed up 30 minutes early did not complain and did a great job. Aaron & Makenna were very helpful over the phone and it was honestly the easiest move we have ever had. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning to move soon.nnDr. John Hopkins

First of all, this company was 2 hours late on the move. now in their defense, I was informed of this an hour before they were supposed to be there and it was supposedly car problems.nWhen they arrived and were loading the truck I did not have problems. However, when we arrived at my new house we had quite a few. One of the movers was really using extremely foul language in front of a group of children in my new neighborhood (that was a fun conversation to have with my new neighbors). They damaged my refrigerator, washer, dryer, dresser, and my ceiling. While I did not notice many of the problems until right after they left ( and I attempted unsuccessfully to reach the office), my wife and I both witnessed the ceiling get damaged. The foreman was very dismissive of this, talked down to my wife about it and said if it was really that big of a deal he could handle getting it fixed. This was on the 24th of October and I have yet to hear back from them. In the end, the foreman also tried to overcharge me for 2 hours. When I told him the time he actually showed up he started laughing and told me that I was not telling the truth period it was not until I showed him my cell phone showing when he called to tell me he would be an hour late ( which was actually an hour and a half and the phone call was made 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive).nnI then spoke to Aaron, who I believe is the owner, on the 27th. He seemed concerned and told me I would receive a damage form through email so that he could resolve the issue. I also called back on the second of November and today with no response. in addition to this, I have been texting throughout this period and attempt to reach them, unsuccessfully. It was not until a few minutes ago when I posted a one-star review that he actually responded. The response was that I already received the damage form but he would resend it if necessary. However, it is not in my inbox or my spam. Needless to say this has been a disaster and I would like to spare others from a similar situation.
