Tote Moving and Delivery

We used Tote Moving to move apartments which can always be a challenge with logistics of a parking garage, access, and long hallways. They worked with us on the correct sized truck that would be perfect for us, over what I assumed would. AND THEY WERE RIGHT! I am grateful for this along with the movers who came to assist. They were kind, careful with our items, asked us questions to be sure items were going and wrapped up our large wall décor items. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great value for the price!

They were amazing from talking to the owner all the way down to the crew. They worked hard and protected all my furniture. I would definitely recommend tote moving to anyone that wants a smooth move.

I would use these guys again. In fact, in December. Everything went great. They took great care of our stuff. Great crew! Price per hour was less than other places. Other fees were lowered than other places too. They were the best option for me. Thanks!

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. To check out, they put me on the phone with the movers pioneer with their boss. When asked how I thought the move went, I felt extremely uncomfortable to be honest with the mover standing right there. Then my card got declined. A few seconds later, I received a fraudulent alert and approved the charge with my bank. Hence, why it was declined. The manager continued to say it was declined over the phone knowing about the fraudulent alert I received. Then was not polite and didn’t say anything like “ we’ll charge it in an hour since you received the fraudulent text or I’m so sorry that happened. Nothing. He was just aggressive about it being declined knowing it wasn’t the amount, my bank thought it was fraud. I was panicked between the manager and the mover standing over my shoulder. I was forced to use a different card that i was not intending on using. Causing a ripple of effect of panic making sure my money was squared away. They know where I live, they should have be reassurance I was going to pay and to charge in an hour or 2. Also, I spent over 46 minutes on the phone with the owner to go over my inventory to give me a quote of the move. They said it should take about 2 hours but they have a 3 hours minimum. I thought that was absolutely fine and booked them. On the day of they showed up 2 hours late pushing my day back. I had other appointments scheduled based off of when they were going to be there and through everything off. The movers were incredibly nice and polite but didn’t move quickly or efficiently. The move took 4 hours and 45 minutes...... much more than the quoted 2 hours. This cost me almost double what the original quote was. A little transparency would have been nice. I will never use the movers again and would not recommend them. I felt ripped off and bullied by the whole experience.

I needed last minute movers and when I say Zay & John took great care of me short notice. They were very professional and understanding and extended top quality service. Upon arrival Elon and Jamell were very friendly and ready to work. They wrapped and moved everything carefully and efficiently. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank y’all so much
