Good service, Yessica helped, satisfied w/service.
I tried to switch over to metro here and everything was going fine ,till the manager told me I would 300$and I wasnt approved for a free phone long story short I went down the road less then a mile and now I with metro and have new free phone
Jessica was very attentive and definitely a great sales person.

I guess the owners really don't want any business. I came tried to switch on over from cricket at 5:50pm Francisco who was working was busy so I proceeded to wait and once I explained that j was trying to switch he explained that he could not help me because he needs to start counting the cash and informed me to leave the store. The way I see it, Francisco basically just threw away the owners money because now he doesn't have business and is losing out on the residuals.
