Today was my third visit to this store. As always, the customer service was great. Chazz was wonderful with helping me set up my new phone!
Chazz was awesome! would recommend 100/10! He needs to be a manager.nnI was in a very weird situation, I paid off the phone but the phone wouldn’t unlock. He was talking to Tmobile Customer Service for me for an hour and resolved my situation.
Very attentive fast get you out really quickly
My phone was recently stolen so I went to the Peachtree location and a nice young lady, named Chelsea, helped me. She was very knowledgeable, very nice, and VERY HELPFUL! She explained things clearly and made sure we got the best deal and best fit for us. I'm glad I was lucky enough to go in when she was working.
They where helpful and understood my problem without having a attitude.
