Worst Walmart I’ve ever been. They have the worst customer service. I ordered some photos for pick up in one hour. I went the next day after getting my email that is ready for pick up. I stood at the photo center for 30 minutes nobody was there and none of the employees around acknowledged me. I had to go find someone to come give me my order. After going through the drawer he could not find the envelope with my photos. He told me to call tomorrow because he doesn’t work in that department. I called the following day SO many times nobody pick up... and then when someone did it was that department and tells me that nobody is even scheduled for the photos so no one can help me get my photos!!! Called customer service and tell me I just have to keep trying! Like are you serious??? I’ve spent so much time and can’t even solve my problem.

There was a giant VOOPOO Drag vape pen just sitting behind the photo desk, as if one of the employees had been puffing on the job.nI'm assuming it belongs to the employee who serviced me because he handed me a photo package, but when I got home, it was empty! He didn't put my photos in the package! And he also didn't give me a receipt. Thanks, Rafi!
