I loved it but he guys there treated me with patience and amiability (I’m enjoying my Nintendo Switch so far)
I never write reviews, but felt the need to give credit to the wonderful store manager, Alicia. She exemplifies the meaning of customer service. Her knowledge and warm demeanor truly make any visit to this store memorable. She always makes it a point to interact with you regarding your interests, and it's like talking with an old friend that you've known for years. Any business owner should use her as a model for how a store should be run. She not only is an amazing employee, but is an equally amazing human being...something the world needs more of!
The current manager, Alicia, is super knowledgeable and helpful, and makes the whole experience pleasant. I drive here from another area instead of using my local store.
Great store and staff! Always so friendly and know the latest about every game and system out there. Been coming here for years and so happy they are so close to my house.
