Wayne Barnes their driver is very rude and incredibly unhelpful. I was suppose to have a playset delivered before Christmas, and when tr he teuck arrived, there was only 1 man who told me I had to get the playset off the truck myself. He claimed they had no trucks capable of carrying a lift or the equipment to get it off.nnHave had reviewed shipping rules and laws, their job is to deliver it to the curb of the house and unload it. I also told this by their superiors at UPS on 2 different occasions. I was not aware of this on the initial delivery, so asked the driver to put it in my shed. Instead of explaining the rules, he simply reasserted it was not his job to get it off the truck (an out right lie)nnI was promised a new driver with help to deliver the playset and that they would have help to unload. The same driver arrived an hour earlier than I was told, and he again had no help. He again called his boss Mason Barnes, and they told me the same lie: It was not their job to get it off the truck. At no time did his boss try to talk to me himself despite.me asking for a contact number or for him to hand me the phone to talk.nnThere is nothing in this situation resembling customer service.
