At first I really liked them, we based our whole business model around working with them. Everything was great until the day came to put the deposit down on the tractor and trailer. The original deposit they quoted us was apparently no longer valid even though I had made sure over and over and over again that that was going to be the amount. I was then told I needed an additional $2,500 on top of an additional $400 per week for the rental. Using those numbers we would have been bankrupt within three months. I get that prices change, but if you tell a customer that they're going to pay a certain amount, you better be willing to back it up. As far as the actual workers go, they're great and I wish the rest of the company reflected that.
Very poor service for this being my first time trying too rent from this location with front desk representative Micheal. Michael is very unprofessional and does not take his time with customers over the phone. He’s very rude, dishonest, and shouts out at you with a unprofessional tone of voice. I felt very verbal abuse by him over the phone without an explanation! I will not be doing business with this location and if I was you I would run like hell from this location!!!!
8 times truck has been returned for specific problems and returns exactly the same.nBack again for the 9th time ................
Have to stand in the fuel island the whole time they are repairing the truck. Drivers are treated like plague rats.
