I would have easily given CFL 5 stars had I been notified when my package arrived at its location for pick-up. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the customer service and support that Donna provided. She went way above and beyond to assist me with loading oversized solar panels into my challenged vehicle. I recommend the company and would use it again.

You get what you pay for. They are usually the cheapest option, but don't rely on them to keep their estimated delivery times. My 4 day delivery is now at 7 days, not including weekends or the day of pickup. When you add that in it's been almost 2 weeks. Hoping for delivery today. The few good reviews these guys get, heck, i chalk it up to even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day.

Customer service is non-existing - reps are rude - and cannot get a deliver date on a pallet that is coming 150 miles - its been 4 days - and they can't tell us when it will arrive. This happens all of the time - we will now be using Estes - they have great service

I ordered a couple of Ultraskiffs from Gainesville, TX. They picked up my shipment very timely, and shipped it to me 1 day earlier than their eta. The shipment was dropped off at my house on time, but would have been there 1 day early if I known to carry my personal phone with me that day. Since I had an eta, I didnt bring it with me to work since I have a work cell. I called them up that evening when I saw a missed shipment, and the lady on the phone was very curtious and gave the Macon branch my work cell.number. The Macon branch called me the next day on my work cell and it was dropped off without a hitch. I did not have any problems like the other reviews stated. Definitely happy with their professional service. ud83dudc4d

This is supposedly a regional carrier. Had shipment picked up on the 14th from Greenville nc. To Byron Ga.. today is the 16th and its in Nashville tn... still has to go thru Atlanta to be loaded to Macon for delivery. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Takes 4 stops to get to Macon!!! Same number of steps to get to California !!! I worked 23 yrs at Roadway as manager and sales rep. I know trucking. This is total lack of caring. Nothing they could dio was what I was told
