I think the guy has psych issues. I don't trust him or believe him. Stay clear of the place. Take a drive to find better service.

I had a custom guitar made from this shop and drove up from Florida to get it. Chris worked with my idea and helped me decide what would look best while still being affordable for me. He communicated with me the entire time it took to make it and was so welcoming when we arrived to pick it up. I would recommend this shop for anyone who wants to support a small business with honest and kind owners, and receive high-quality items and service. You will not regret it!
