My mother and i were greeted upon entering and immediately assisted. Our associate was friendly and patient. He went over all options and took the time to go over basics with my mother.. he explained payments and options in an easy to understand manner. He put on her case and screen protector. He transferred her information. We were not rushed, but were helped quickly. He and the other associate were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Wonderful experience.
Visiting Verizon and Verizon retailers in the past has proven frustrating. This time was different. Regina was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted in a new phone and quickly found a workable solution. So appreciate her extra effort!nnNow if Verizon (the company) extended the same upgrade offers to loyal customers they do to new ones, Verizon might never again disappoint me. Yeah right...
We came in to ask about our upgrade option and figure out the best plan. Regina was our sales representative and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We will be returning to her soon to upgrade another phone! I was in and out within am hour with a completely new phone that was set up and ready to go. She made it be far the easiest and most fun experience I've had dealing with a phone company.
Cece was so kind and helpful. She walked me through new devices and the best deals. I am glad I came in to visit the location with such a wonderful associate to help me.
