Rude staff- treated like a criminal for asking for a price check. I was made to verify all my information just for an estimate. Very bad feelings about t-mobile now.
I went to the store on surfing drive. I dont recommend going there i was leaving my phone company i was with to go to metro big mistake. I might have been having a little problem with my service but at least I knew what was going on now i dont have good service they were very mis leading on the information and it took 4 trips to the store just to kind of understand what service I am getting. This was a really big disappointment. Mostly because the manager or trainer frank was more concerned about his commission than his customers when i finally contacted him and explained my problem the only solution he offered was a refund .it was as if he was to busy to care. The only thing I can say is if your going to switch to metro go to mercer store and ask for jasmine she is honest and really cares about her customers and the service she provides. To bad the managers can't take a lesson from her
Do not go here if you want good customer service or good cell
The lady couldn't spell my name after I told her my name when i call someone my name is spelled wrong. The lady who sold me the phone was Spanish so my guess is she doesn't know how to write English in i tried calling to fix it nobody answers the phone it goes straight to voicemail every time
