My room had a leak from hell in the ceiling that never got fixed and whenever it rained all my equipment would get wet and every time I’d open the door to my room id see rats run and hide in the walls and you could hear them running around in the ceiling tiles constantly. The place isn’t kept well and my car got broken into in the parking lot there. The manager there is also bad with finances and would regularly accuse me of not paying my rent even though we always paid our rent 6months in advance and would randomly ask that we paid early in order to “keep the 5/4’s account from going negative”. Since then my band and I have moved to fresh produce down the street and have been way happier.

Great space to gather metal heads and good hardcore scene. Can use some TLC but gives it character.

Very unprofessionally run. And it sits in the ghetto so it's a playground for the homeless and bums
