I tried their new flatbread pizza. And I was very disappointed. When I got it it barely had any sauce or toppings on it. If it had been given to me the customer as it looks on the commercials it would have been wonderful because the flavor was there but not the toppings.

Update 2/3/2021nGave Panera another shot. Got a breakfast sandwich through the drive thru this morning and it was terrible $5.18 for an old bagel with 1/2 a piece of bacon and a sliver of egg. All shoved onto only one side of the bagel. Terrible. I called the store and the manager was nice. She apologized and said there is a new crew working (which always seems to be the case).nnPoorly managed. Employees/ management don't care. This place is off and on with customer service. In the past few months I have received the wrong order at the drive through 3 times. (Including today again!). Tried to call but nobody answered. And voicemail full! If I'm gonna spen $12 on a small salad and half a sandwich - pick up the phone when you screw it up!! please fix this ongoing issue!

I love Panera! Doesn't matter where you are from in the country, Panera is always there and it is great.nnThe only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, was because they're not always consistent... I always get their Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. Sometimes But its fire, and sometimes it's not.. it just depends on who's making it.nnI could eat their salad everyday ud83dude0b. I do miss their whole grain baguettes that they had back in the day. They should totally bring that back.

I'm sure it's good to whoever likes that type of stuff. It just wasn't for me.
