These guys delivered furniture to my home. They were on time! They were professional and friendly. They placed the furniture in the spots I needed them which was very helpful. They were also very careful with my items. I'll definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family!

Very professional and courteous! They call ahead of time so you know when they are on their way. The delivery men act professional and do a magnificent job. Office staff is also responsive and courteous. They are wonderful to work with!

To anyone considering hiring Unique Deliveries – DO NOT, THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL I hired Unique Deliveries to deliver one couch and take the old couch away. When I spoke to Unique Deliveries I told them it was a second floor delivery and to make sure they sent the proper staff and equipment. They assured me they preformed this type of work all the time and it would be no issue. We estimated it would be $105 (the customer service rep and I) which is their charge for 1-hour of work. That was to include picking up my couch, the drive to my location, the delivery and taking away my old couch. Basically nothing they told me was true or executed upon arrival. · They showed up with two, young, inexperienced movers · They did not have any equipment for the second floor – no ropes or other items that would be a fall back if it had to be taken over the balcony · They didn’t measure either the couch to take away or the new couch – they just attempted to jam the old couch through the front door using different techniques · They spent hours trying to get the old couch out and the new couch in: o After many attempts it was finally concluded the old couch could not fit so it was literally, broken down and thrown over the balcony o Only the chaise lounge of the new sectional couch could fit through the front door and the other part of the sectional had to be brought back the next day because more movers were needed to complete the job and non were available that day. o Because they never measured, I chose to measure and told them the couches would not fit the way they were attempting. The movers said “well, we just want to give it a shot” which resulted in damage, and tons of wasted time that they of course charged me for o They severely scuffed multiple walls and the ceiling and gouged the wood flooring o They damaged the new couch being delivered o During the entire ordeal, the inexperienced staff continually called for help back to the office and the calls went unanswered Needless to say they did not get the couch delivered the first day so they had to come back the second day. They strong armed us into signing the credit card receipt because they were “holding” the rest of our couch. The next day they brought the right staff and the equipment and the entire process took 10-minutes. Had they come prepared the first time my house would not have been damaged, it would have taken 1-hour for the whole job and my new couch would not be damaged. And now for the unbelievable unethical behavior: They have you sign a credit card receipt before they actually begin the delivery – so after they have your furniture they have you sign a slip saying you will pay. The slip does not have the fee filled in. I thought it was very odd but signed it only to realize later this is purposeful because they overcharge and use the fact you signed the slip as leverage. So imagine how this works, they have your furniture and you have no choice but to sign then they grossly overcharge and you have no control or recourse. My two day fiasco to get one couch delivered ended up in them charging my card over $1,200. They charged me the first day even though the couch did not get delivered only to double the charges saying they needed to send extra staff on the second day. They even charge for driving back to their office! What delivery company tries to charge you for the return trip!? We spoke to management repeatedly to fix the issues and the fees but of course they were unreasonable and extremely arrogant. It was clear they are very practiced in this deception and the eventual unhappy customer conversations. Their go-to line is, "you signed the receipt", which was clearly their unethical plan all along. I cannot stress enough – do not use them. A completely awful experience!
