It was honestly good. The reviews scared me but no one was rude and it only took an hour with a packed room. If you're haitian then you know how other haitians act. I haven't gotten my passport yet but we'll see

I think you should call before you come. There number never seem to work and they always close. I still can’t believe they scam my mom out some money.

I should have read the google reviewd before going. If i could have given them zero star I would. The worst experience I've ever had at an office. Due to Covid and the information provided online, before I decided to go to the office I wanted to call and place an appointment. I called the number provided on Google to my surprise it was a nonworking number. I found their email, I email them a week prior to get some information about the documents that would be needed before showing up and to place that appointment. I never got a response. I decided to just show up and take my chances. I arrived there at 10am. Doors were still closed the sign at the door says they are open at 9amud83dude1e. Still didn't let that discourage me. As i continue to wait in line i am asking others that are in line of the document that would be needed and how much for the money order etc. After waiting fours in line i finally was able to see someone only to find out that i needed my marriage certificate ud83dude24ud83dude24ud83dude24.

Went there today at 3 p.m. no one in sight and office closed! Horrible horrible services this has been going on for years!
