The worst Funeral home ever like out of a horror movie. My brother passed away unexpectedly. I had called and spoke with Kerry and verbally made all the arrangements and verified services and days and times. All the family lives out of state. When we called to state we were on a plan and would land late in the day and could physically meet the next day. We were informed by Ryan the funeral director that Kerry was his sister and was not a funeral director and nothing was on the books. We were further informed that the price quoted by Kerry had now doubled and a contract and all monies had to be paid in advance before anything could be scheduled. Ryan was extremely rude. I was appalled . We found another place to hold services. If you are reading this I highly advise you to do the same
They handled my husband Lonnie Hart 's cremation well. The only downside is that they posted pictures of his first wife and him together plus his families pictures. They were a horror to me leaving me out of his obituary that they made. We were married for 17 years.
Everyone is very kind and professional.
