Noel was phenomenal! If you come to tiff location in Saugus make sure you ask for him. Extremely attentive and informed. Constantly checking the stock and shipment details. Everybody in the store was super nice and we felt at home shopping there. Highly recommend!

JP is the best Sales representative I have ever met. Me and my daughter made three visits to Bobs Furniture recently and JP made our visits a pleasure every time. He is a charming and welcoming salesman and listens carefully to the customers and gives appropriate suggestions. We hope to see him every time we visit the store.

Very happy with the bed we picked out. Noel, the sales associate, took the time to show us a ton of options and what would work in our space. He had great information and ideas for what type of bed and mattress would work well and we couldn’t be happier with the product or the sales process.nnThe delivery was Very hectic, with the first shipment not having everything. The second shipment had most things but not everything. The delivery people said the bed couldn’t be setup without the missing price, but Noel was able to help get the adjustable bed setup until the last piece was here.

I have mixed opinions. Daniela assisted us perfectly. She was very knowledgeable and really showed care when talking to us and showing us around the store. We adored working with her.nThe delivery for our bed frame was swift and smooth.nnUnfortunately I just got off a call from another representative inquiring about the delivery for a sofa I bought a couple weeks ago and from which I may be waiting till end of December. Though I understand in this uncertain times, this may happen, this woman’s customer service was just bad. She was dismissive, cut me off and hung up on me. Not a nice way to treat your paying customers.

I am very picky about furniture and find Jordan’s warehouse etc a version of purgatory. I expected Bobs to be similar and I was totally wrong - super helpful and friendly staff and actually great value for money furniture. It’s priced like IKEA but is much more comfortable - and if you’re picky - even attractive. Kudos to this store and to bobs.
