Had a GREAT experience with Henry At the Saugus location who helped me and my husband pick out the perfect mattress and frame for our new home!nnHe went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. He’s a great listener and understands what your looking for. He’s also super cool and has many cool tips for new house owners!nnI highly recommend this location and Henry! It was awesome! Went into the store this afternoon. Howard was the representative who approached me to assist. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure I ended up with the mattress that was best for me. Explained it all and Howard will steer you to what your top level comfort is.
I went into Mattress Firm to update my existing Mattress. Kat was the individual who helped me and she was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out a nice mattress. I haven’t received it yet so I cannot comment on how the mattress feels. What I can say Is that she was great and she gave us her whole attention. I will definitely recommend!
Great experience! Randy was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we tried out the majority of the store. Very happy with our purchase and the how we were taking care of by Randy and Todd.
