I had the most wonderful experience today at Logan Furniture of Lynn. After having trouble all day with an order this young lady Ariana . She was awesome very very friendly and smart. She knew what she was doing. She went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Great customer service. Very happy.

Horrible, please stay away from this place. I ordered a sofa back in august and they told me that it was going to be delivered in 6-8 weeks, after 8 weeks of waiting I decided to call them to find out the delivery date, and they informed me that the sofa was out of stock and that I needed to wait 2-3 more weeks. Today I called them again because you have to be on top of them and calling them periodically because they are so irresponsible that they don’t even follow up with the clients and keep the clients informed of what is going on with their orders, so when I called them today to see if they finally have a delivery date for me they told me that I have to wait another month on top of the 11 weeks that I’ve been waiting. I am so frustrated because I could have gotten my sofas already if I would have ordered them in a different place. STAY AWAY FROM LOGAN FURNITURE THEY ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.
