AT&T Store

My mistake. The review I gave as unsatisfied was for the phone support.nI received great help at the store but had to call 611 because my phone wouldn’t receive calls. With phone tech support I talked to 3 people. The first 2 we’re going to call me back! I TOLD THEM I COULD NOT RECEIVE CALLS. I had to call back each time and go through the computer to talk to someone again.nThe last one said she had fixed it and I would receive calls in 24 to 48 hours. I am very dissatisfied with the phone technical support. The AT&T store has been very helpful but could not fix my phone. I have nothing but praise for them.

I love our AT&T store the people there are amazing very polite n funny they make u feel like family and they are smart I love the fact that they really know the at&t products thats my biggest thing w stores now aways nobody seems to take the time to teach their employees knowledge of the products they are selling and here in Harrison Arkansas they do know their products they sell ud83dude43

As usual (and I would expect nothing else from this franchise location) the visit was more than perfect. The salesman and his store manager went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and get my wife and I the best deal possible. It has been the better part of twenty years since we’ve had our #s and been with AT&T and as of the last few experiences I doubt that will change anytime soon. These folks want to help good people. As with any service experience I’d say that if you are butt then expect to be treated as such. Golden Rule people! These folks are fantastic and are great to deal with especially for older folks. Thanks!

The store rep, Mason, was wonderful!! He knows the products very well. Was able to help set up and transfer two phones for me while we were in the store. He was also working solo and the store was pretty busy. He never lost his cool or got overwhelmed. The customers didn’t get angry for waiting because he handled them so well when they came in the door. Very helpful and pleasant. He’s a wonderful multi tasker!! Was able to help another person while one thing was downloading for someone else and go back and forth. Great job Mason!!

The sales rep was down to earth and efficeint eith his time. He worked quickly but did not seem in a rush. He had a bright attitude and it made me feel at ease as I usually have high anxiety in public places.
