Bought a whole house of furniture and it’s all absolutely beautiful. Mike and Adia are literally the best!!! Made me feel like family and were %100 honest and upfront about EVERYTHING. No hidden fees and actually care to find what we like, no pressure at all. No sleazy sale tactics, good upstanding people!

Had a wonderful experience each time I have visited. I purchased a mattress and box spring set. While the warehouse guys were loading I realized the mattress was too thin for my liking. Patrick didn't get upset that he had to untie and unload my previous mattress. He was very professional and was actually laughing at my previous selection. He walked me inside and assisted me with an upgrade on a mattress. Loaded and tied down the mattress without any complaints. I have recommended this place and will return for future purchases.

I normally don’t write reviews but on this one I had to.nnMicheal the store manager and his staff were very professional and helpful.nMy daughter just moved to her first apartment and we had no idea how we were going to afford it. However the prices were so reasonable we were able to get what we needed and still had money left.nThis furniture store is a must see. I am proud that we are part of their family.

Bought a couch at Value City. Was told 8wks for delivery. While waiting for other couch my husband and I went to American Freight who said they could deliver the next weekend. Got a refund at Value City. Was able to buy a whole set at American Freight, better quality for less money. We were in an out in less than an hour. Aida was wonderful.
