Mark helped me despite he was there on his day off, he gave me such great service and was so nice. Letreanna was just as nice. They both exceeded my needs. Prices are higher than I want them to be but, it was well worth it.
Letreanna was so helpful and showed us around to all the different tables after I realized the one I saw online wasn’t quite what we were looking for. I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable she was without being too pushy. Wonderful customer service!
When I went into the store I was greeted and my salesperson helped me find the style furniture I was looking for. The quality and variety of furniture was refreshing, I have been looking for something traditional, high quality and in stock. I was not ready to make the move without my husband so I was given a pay now link and was able to order once he saw the measurements, style and information on each piece. This was an easy process and I am thrilled with my new bedroom set.
We had been at Havertys two days earlier and gotten a quote on a sectional. When we came back to make the purchase our salesperson Carol told us that the price had just gone up. However she went to her manager who made some phone calls and they honored the price they previously gave us. We appreciated the way everyone tried to work with us.
Les greeted us promptly on arrival and the whole staff did a great job of making sure we got all our questions answers while looking for a dining table. Never felt like we were ignored or forgotten. Great experience!
