Absolutely horrible. We bought an entire living room set from them bedroom set for my son and master bedroom set. We have had them come to replace our foot board 6 times. Our coffee table twice. End table. Our night stand twice. The electrical in our couch is screwed up. Horrible company. Never will buy from them ever again. We have owned our furniture for one year with all these issues.

Amazing job, the representatives at this location worked with me and were very nice! Waiting for my delivery today so, hopefully everything goes smooth from the delivery service.nnEverything went smoothly and currently enjoying the living room furniture. If the service is the same I will definitely be back for a recliner soon!

I visited there today with my daughter. She spent over $2000 on a bedroom set and was told with a witness that the bed was in stock and would be 3-4 weeks. Even though she didn't want to wait that long she agreed because she liked the bed. They said they would call and never did. So she called them and after being told the bed was in stock they proceeded to tell her it wasn't in stock and could be 12 weeks. That wasn't what she was told in the beginning and has been lied to repeatedly. Today we went to the store to try and get the truth and we're lied to once more by the assistant manager and the original salesman. I have never seen such bad service. They lost a good customer today. They just had to be honest from the beginning.

Alexis was great! She was so honest with her recommendations and getting us in and out with no problems. Would highly suggest anyone ask for her when dealing with getting your home set up!

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. THEY ARE NICE UNTIL YOU BUY FIRST OF ALL. SECOND OF ALL WHEN THEY TELL YOU ITS 12 WEEKS. THEY WILL LITERALLY WAIT TIL THE LAST DAY. I ORDERED MINE NOV. 6. STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL DELIVER IT, THEY CALL YOU 15 TIMES, NOT EXAGGERATED, AND DON'T EVEN SHOW UP. CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU CAN.
