I went into the store with a lot of doubt. My sales rep made me feel with comfortable with my experience he explained everything to me as I went along. He even tried to get me more credit. I will be going back for more furniture.
Awful investment. I bought a couch from here August 2019 it is August 2020 and the couch is already broken. Even before it broke, it would creek every time I sat on it like I’ve had it for 20 plus years. I weigh 140 pounds so no, I am not extremely heavy. I would not recommend unless you want to buy a new couch in less than a year. You are better off going to Walmart or Big Lots.
AMAZING experience at this store location. Ron was great he guided be every step of the way, showed me all my options and gave me plenty of time to think it over. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and patient with me. The experience overall was SUPERB! Fast delivery date and the icing on the cake Mr E was great too! He threw in a special gift with my purchase and they made me feel right at home! I'd recommend anyone go to this store for your furniture and more needs. Financing is EASY. I'll definitely be making future purchases here. Thank you Express furniture for making my day!
Such rude people! The man at the desk wouldn’t talk to me he would only talk to the man I was with. Every time I was trying to get my point across he would tell me to be quiet or say that if I wanted to have an attitude I could leave. They shouldn’t be allowed to have anything to do with Uhaul. Rude people!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Love this store. Ziar and muhammad are very nice. Will continue to do my shopping here.
