I purchased a Groupon and they require you to call to book your first appointment. Well they never answered the phone when I called and left multiple messages. Also, I even emailed both email addresses listed on their website and did not receive a written response.
Amazing ladies very friendly, professional and attentive
Got a gift certificate and went. I waited over a week so I could do the couples massage. They took us into separate rooms which is not a couples massage. I got the facial/ massage pkg. I've never has anyone massage my nose for so long. They never asked any personal questions like what were my problem areas like professional places do. The lady doing my massage was texting during it and I had to listen to her phone constantly going off. She left the room like 4 or 5 times. The massage was done with only her palms and barely did feet or shoulders except when she pinched my shoulders so hard at the end that she bruised my skin. People that say they are professionals have never gotten a professional massage before. Oh and love the video playing when we walked in of a Brazilian wax, way graphic!
I enjoyed a wonderful massage from Sophie today. A full hour with hot stones. She applied just the right amount of pressure. I also had my eyebrows threaded before my massage as well. Nice! I also see they do affordable facials so I will book another appointment very soon!
Puspa was great! She was gentle and attentive to my facial requests. I have found my new day spa
