Great service if you get to use the massage table versus the chair. A couple of the folks are better at sports massage techniques than others, so you'll probably need to ask for your preferred masseuse. The shop is generally not too busy, so wait times are very short and the pricing is average for this kind of service.

I have went to Relax Zone Spa at Manassas Mall for 3 days in a row during lunch and there has been NO EMPLOYEE in the store. 11/27 at 12:30 pm, 11/28 at 1:15 pm and 11/29 at 1:45 pm. I'm now beyond frustrated which is the opposite of relaxing. I have left numerous voicemails and 2 notes in the store yet no one has returned my call. I will say that previous massages were good which is why I've been trying to go there this week. Would be really nice if a manager calls - even better if they offer a deal! My number is on voicemail and the note I left in the store yesterday.
