The girls are wonderful, great personalities. My friend and I got spa pedicures and it was wonderful! We went here instead of our usual spot that hasn’t done great lately and I think we’ll switch to this place. Will definitely go again!
I went in for both Pedicure and Manicure but end up with just Pedicure. Honestly I went with my sister as well and she had a good experience, so I can't say it's the whole place. I was waiting for someone to come and help but no one did and finally when I asked, the manager/owner came and said she is going to do my pedicure. Half way through, she got a call and she was still on the phone when I left. She was very unprofessional and really didn't care about what I needed. I am surprised to see the owner acting this way when her employees are working really hard. So if you ever go, avoid the owner and ask for Lilly and Tai. They do a good job.
The place is nice and the ladies were very kind, they did a good job, that is why I was so surprised about what they did. My reason for the one star is because they added more tip to my credit card payment. What I signed for is NOT what was charged!!!! This is fraud, but because it was only $5 I will not even file anything. So be careful if you are paying with your credit card!!!
Found this new spot on in December and love the quality of the gel manicure, it last spotless for 5 weeks.
I called to see if mimi could fit me in for an appointment at 7PM mind you they close at 8PM. A person who identified them self's as a customer said they are already closed and to not bother showing up because she will not accept me . Very Rude & Unprofessional !
