Had a nice experience at this location. Jonathan provided a great 90 min deep tissue massage and adjusted pressure suited to the tight muscles found. He provided a good balance between a therapeutic and relaxing experience.nnOnly reason for 4 stars is that the insulation between rooms is poor and talkative client and therapist in adjacent room was a tad disruptive while trying to maintain a relaxed state.

I have been with Massage Envy for many years. I love that I can go anywhere in the country and find a top-notch massage therapist. Today Kristin in Manassas did an awesome job. If you like deep tissue she is the therapist you need. As a matter of fact Massage Envy has several therapists that are awesome at deep tissue work.

Jeff is great. He knows what he is doing,and is always cheerful, polite, and professional. Check in and check out are always easy, and the place is good about sanitation and social distancing. I just wish the company wouldn't rip people off with an excessive charge for use of a massage gun that you can buy online for $70.00.

Don't get a membership. You will have the hardest time getting an appointment while membership fees continue to be taken from your account. 5 year member, I had 6 services on my account and they still wanted to take out service money each month. When I could not get an appointment. It would be best to have more help or a bigger facility to accommodate your membership guest or cancel automatic monthly membership fees altogether.

I received a hot stone massage with Jeffrey and it was the best experience! He was very professional, communicative throughout the entire massage, and e1nsured I had a great experience. He was sure to focus on the troublesome areas and even gave me a care plan to continue working on the muscles that needed additional work. I highly recommend this establishment and especially this therapist!
