Rosie is the best nail tech I've ever been to. She does any type of trendy nail shape, technique, or art you see on IG, and she nails it every time. She's always going above and beyond. Just super sweet, extremely talented, hard working, and accommodating. 10/10
Very clean. Great customer service and atmosphere. The music was age appropriate for anyone. The workers were not overly talkative amongst themselves. Rather, they engaged the customers. I have visited several spas in Woodbridge and have not found one that touches Risana when it comes to service and atmosphere. This is now my new spa.
I got a pedicure and an ombré full set. The pedicure was great. The full set is HORRIBLE. She tore up my cuticles even cause me to bleed in one spot. She did a gel top coat but didn’t cover the full nail on all of them so there are a few dull spots. And after a day you could see where the nails have started to rise off of my natural nail along the edges so there are a lot of air bubble as of day 3. They charge me $75 just for the full set so it was extremely overpriced for the quality of service.
Great place to get your nails done! Tiffany did an amazing job... And she was so sweet too! This was my first time getting acrylics, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be coming back!!
First time. I showed the lady if she can do a specific type of pedicure for me. She hesitated and said it would be hard unless I do gel . I don't want or need gel on my toes. I had an appointment at 1:00 , kim asked me to wait. I said that's fine although I shouldn't have wait 15 minutes. The salon looks clean but it's very unorganized.
