At of right now, I'm disappointed that it's already been half a month of ordering and I'm still without a washer and dryer. Aren't places there for those who may not have enough money to pay the full amount at one and don't they make a TON in interest?nIt really would have made all the difference to me had they been a little quicker, especially since I was originally told I'd have it 2 days ago latest. Took the morning off from work because they were supposed to deliver in the morning, now I have to head to work and leave someone else to wait.nUpdate: they arrived in the late afternoon, me already being at work and my daughters having to sit in for me. Upon arrival, the matching dryer to my washer was found to be defective and had to be returned for repair, they left us a dryer they had on the truck- I was disappointed, but at least I could start washing AND drying my laundry. Upon inspection, the dryer was somewhat yucky with hairs in it and the lint filter dirty and full, but okay- cleaning it didn't take much. Finally, finally, at 10 pm I threw my comforter and towels in the replacement dryer and this is where I got super mad: it doesn't work. Woke my kids up cause the breaker box is in their room. It wasn't that. So, I had to figure out where to hang my laundry, got to spend the night without a way to cover up.nCalled as soon as they opened, the part for the original dryer is in and they'll deliver after lunch- so... I get to loose money again, waiting for them instead of being at work.nGuys- I think you should give me a rebate- this should NOT happen! AT ALL!nnUpdate: washer and dryer went back almost 3 weeks ago- they took MY hoses and I didn't notice until it was too late, I have called 3 times begging for them back- NOTHING in response! That's totally unacceptable and I am thinking about taking further action. They know they have something that belongs to me because it's their mistake and do nothing at all - now it could be considered theft.nAaron's- please send me those hoses back if you can't drop them off before I take further action, which I will! Thanks to this, I can't use my washer with 6 children in the house and I do not have money to buy new ones ( but you already know that).nnUpdate September 2020: I wrote, called, emailed: still, they did not give me my washer hoses back even though they frequently are in the neighborhood. Absolutely filthy of them to just ignore! So, I changed my rating from 4 stars to just one!

The store was neat and clean, very well stocked and the guys were awesome...really knowledgeable and friendly.

I will never buy anything from them again total rip-off they are more than willing to sell you the products but don't stand behind the warranty that is supposed to come with I bought a washer and dryer the dryer worked great the washer however nothing but trouble took it to the store to get it fixed and they kept it for 2 months when I would call to see when it would be fixed they couldn't tell me anything about where it was at or give me a phone number to call when I finally got it back it only worked for a month and tore up up again and they wouldn't fix it or replace it they are a bunch of crooks would not recommend to anyone
