Our experience at Ashley HomeStore was fantastic! Lorena was so helpful and sweet. We picked an L- shaped couch, two recliners, and a table with two end tables. The experience was fast, quick, easy, and the sales on these items were awesome. Highly recommend coming for any furniture needs and I look forward to working with Lorena again!nn12/20/20 - update: the experience at the store was great, but actually getting our furniture has been a nightmare. Slashed couches and still no tables. We were promised tables in November (after ordering in July) and now it’s been moved to February 2021. Avoid this place at all costs. Not even remotely worth the headache.

EDITED REVIEW: To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not only have I still not received my furniture, but NOT ONE PERSON has contacted me. My furniture was originally scheduled for delivery on 8/15. However, I called on 8/14 at 6:45pm because I had not heard from anyone. I took off from work specifically for the delivery. I was told my order was not ready and they were sorry for not letting me know. I asked for a manager. When she answered, she was helpful. She rescheduled a portion of my delivery for the following week and said she would email me with her contact information as well as call the day after the delivery to check on me. Neither of these things happened.nI have been waiting to hear from SOMEONE/ANYONE since that date. Saturday 9/12, since I haven't received my entire order, I called. This time I was told my order was delayed until 10/30!!! I obvious became upset. The woman said she was emailing the management team to expedite the rest of my order and a manager would 100% CALL ME ON MONDAY. Well, that didn't happen. So today 9/15, I drove to the store. A man opened the door and asked how I was. I told him I was frustrated and would like to speak with a manager. He pointed to the counter and said the manager was there. Later, I found out he WAS A MANAGER!!! The young woman at the counter who said she was the office manager wouldn't provide me with her name, and snickered when I said I was frustrated. She had dark hair, was short, and heavy set. The other female at the service desk was absolutely silent. She wouldn't look at me or speak.nThe office manager looked up my order and said the furniture was going to be ready by 9/24. I asked for the next delivery. She said she couldn't guarantee anything and couldn't confirm if my order would in fact be ready at that point. I am not sure why she had a management role when she did not display any characteristics of a manager or someone trying to help a customer. While she did type into the computer the next delivery date available and print the documents for my reference, I have NO CONFIDENCE in her ability to follow through.nThis was the WORST buying experience I have ever had. I will NEVER refer anyone to this establishment. In fact, I will gladly share this ordeal with anyone who asks.

Cindy was a huge help in assisting my husband and I in making sure we were getting the best bang for our buck when furnishing our new home. She was even helpful enough to allow us to place our order with her over the phone while on the road to go move in! Ordering furniture over the phone can be scary enough as is, as you’re not really there to confirm everything, but Cindy put all our fears at ease and we’re very happy with the services she provided to us!

We went to Ashley home store looking for a couch. Cindy Loredo greeted us at the door and showed us around. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the reclining sofas! She even helped us find a desk that fit our necessary dimensions. It was an online only item but she still went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. We will definitely be shopping here again and when we do, we will certainly ask for Cindy!!

I went in with an idea of what I was looking for and was immediately greeted by David. He was the best salesmen I could’ve asked for, he wasn’t pushy but he helped me find what I was looking for and gave me the best price possible! Very happy with my customer experience and would recommend this location to anyone!
