The Havertys showroom setup makes it easy to find exactly what you are shopping for! We had amazing help from sales consultant, Olga Kerry. She was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful in our living room purchase! We would love to work with her again! Her experience shown through and got us in and out within an hour. We are getting our furniture in a week, while another well known furniture store told us delivery would be 4 months. Thank you Havertys. We purchased with you 10 years ago and we will see you in another 10 years!

This was my first time shopping for furniture, and I could not be more pleased with my experience here. Olga was tremendously helpful and kind throughout the whole process! I came in looking for a sofa and she gently guided me around all of the models that suited my preferences. The best thing is she was very honest, forthright, and not pushy. After I decided I wanted the sofa, I was considering buying a table that I liked. She worked hard to give me an incredible deal on not only the table, but the whole bundle. I cannot stress enough what a difference Olga made for me! So kind and so helpful. Definitely, makes me want to come back next time I need something, and I will be sure to look for her.

Olga was amazing! My first time in this location, warmly greeted, listened to what I was looking for. She even came in on her day off to see me again when I brought my husband up to look at the furniture we were interested in. That’s commitment and fantastic customer service. We love Havertys Furniture-great quality. We were impressed with Adriana. She listened to our needs regarding the physical features, comfort level, and price of a sofa. Adriana is nice, relatable, professional, and has knowledge about the products. Adriana and Alena (the designer) worked on design ideas about the sofa and placement in the room. Both are enthusiastic about the work. What a great team Havertys has!

A pleasant experience sofa shopping. Being able to customize the size to fit the room was great.nWhile our initial choice of color could not guarantee delivery on our schedule, our consultant, Olga, was able to find an alternative color that was more than acceptable and available for almost immediate delivery.nHaverty's is our primary choice when shopping for durable furniture, and this experience and the continued life of 20 year old purchases is why.
