Shopping around for a new recliner and found AJ at The Furniture House. He was super helpful as we had him moving and plugging in many recliners! The whole team there worked their magic and made the furniture buying experience, very enjoyable! Amazing! I live in NH and bought a bedroom set from Ashley Home Store...they delivered my set four months after I purchased it, and when I received it I was missing a night stand and the pieces that connect the headboard to the rails. They then told me that the set has been discontinued and they were unable to give me the second night stand or the posts for the bed. I was able to get in touch with a carpenter to build me posts-and I searched the internet for a matching nightstand. I came across the furniture house and gave them a call. They have been so accommodating and helpful and will be able to order me the nightstand so that I can complete my set! They are also going to help me find a shipping company to use as NH is very far out of their delivery zone! The customer service they have provided me is beyond exceptional! I wish that I lived closer as I would give them all of my business!!!

Furniture House is AMAZING!!! I, along with my family, have worked with Maged for several years and all of our experiences have been ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!nnI recently ordered an entertainment center, which is GORGEOUS, and due to COVID there was a delay in shipping. Maged stayed in constant contact with me to keep me in the loop of any delays and new shipment dates.nnI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Furniture House! I order sofa, love seat and 3 tables with furniture house they brought brand new sofa and love seats sealed in box but they brought the already assimbelled floor used tables to my house I reported back they are making obligations all the time telling me they will refund 50 usd if I keep these used table or I should bring it to there store and than they says will retun full price for now im preparing claim for not a good place for buying furniture's form they realy given me hard time
