Went into Value City to look for some updated furniture. Ana greeted us at the door and asked if we’re looking for anything specific. I told her we were just looking around for now, she let us know if we needed something that she would be happy to help. After looking around for about 30/45 minutes Ana came and found us as we were looking at beds. I was interested in an upholstered studded grey bed, unfortunately Ana informed me it was out of stock until about mid May. She was very honest about the furniture turn around times. Ana was able to give us options that were in stock and could be gotten within 2 days. Ana was able to help us find a double bunk bed (with mattresses), a couch, a table, a shelf, and a queen mattress that was originally priced at $1499 but was on sale for $350. Ana was patient, helpful, and kind. She made sure that we left satisfied and answered all questions that we had. She gave me her card and encouraged me to call if I needed anything. I will be back to look for myself a bed. Ana was absolutely amazing.

We worked with Liz, who was awesome and very personable. Did her best to get us the best price with a wonderful attitude. Found what we were looking for very quickly, while showing us solid options. We would recommend Liz to anyone. She took time with us and did not make us feel pressured in any way, which we truly appreciated and pushed us forward with our purchase.

Went to VCF a few weeks ago looking for a new sofa set and we had a great experience with Sana as our Sales Associate. Sana greeted us at the door as we walked in and asked us what we were looking for then took us around the store and thoroughly explained the various options and answered all of our questions. She never pressured us and she was even great about giving us some space so we could talk privately. We found a piece we liked (plus two chairs) and Sana checked availability and set the delivery schedule. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend asking for her if you shop at this store. Thanks Sana!

I went to buy some furniture from value city and my experience want absolutely wonderful. My sales person was Amir. Even though it was very crowded. He was very attentive and present at all time. He was excellent. He helped me find all the items I needed and facilitated easy transaction. I wanted some pillows to go with my set and he made sure to make it happen and found the exact pillows I wanted and included it with my furniture. Also, he made sure that I receive my furniture in a timely fashion within a week from the time of the order. Highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a great experience with Liz. We have come in several times and each time she has been incredibly helpful. We came in to purchase 2 pieces of furniture but we ended up leaving with 3. She informed us of all of our options and really focused on what would be best for us and our growing family. Liz was great and I really like coming to this location. Great customer service!
