Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. What employee spent 10 minutes looking for a product that turned out to be out of stock. She did recommend other choices.
You can look up items online and it tells the ilse location of the item and if its in stock at a certain store. Good way to check up on an item before you go to the store.....just found out they won't return small size stain as it's considered a sample. Kind of silly
Lowe's was fine we went in and found what we want it just went to the register and we was done I just wish they would have a little bit more help to help people when they do need to find something but they are really good
Items in stock that weren't at most Lowes in the area.nHelp was a struggle though. Waited 12mins and gave up, moved on to the next thing. Would gave 5 stars but 3 managers/staff behind customer service drinking coffee while 6people in the one or two lines open was pretty irritating.
Great Lowes. The staff is nice and the store is well stocked
