Very efficiently run business! Everyone is very courteous and go out of their way to accommodate their customers and make them comfortable. Always a nice experience there!
I absolutely love coming to this place. I am very picky about the designs of my nails and the execution of my vision for the designs and every time they go above and beyond my expectation! Everyone there is very friendly. My two main nail techs are Naomi and Selena. Both do an amazing job and are extremely professional. This location definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to taking precautions due to covid-19. They require you to wear masks as well as take your temperature upon arrival and require that you wash your hands after entering. There are also clear barricades between you and the technician which keeps you safe. You can't forget the fact that they serve wine! Definitely a relaxing way to wind down while pampering yourself. I recommend this Salon to any and everyone!
I’ve been here a few times now and I’m super happy with each outcome. I’m new to nails but I definitely gravitate to the “fancy” designs. The nail techs here are always up to the challenge. As long as you have the nail inspo photo and are clear to communicate about the elements you want, you’ll be SUPER impressed with the results. You’ll never have the same nails as that Instagram post, but it WILL be comparable or better than you imagined.
We were rushed from the moment we walked in. We were asked 2 times if we were ready even though we were still looking for right color. There are many other places to go around this area but I always choose this one because most of the girls are usually sweet. I also feel like this place had been cutting amenities, I felt like I got a lot less for the spa pedicure compared to the last time I was here. I will not come back to this place and will be looking for other options in the area.
I've been going here since the place opened, and I've never had a disappointing experience. The manis and pedis are always top quality, and everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. They're pretty up to date with the latest styles and trends, although occasionally there is a common/trendy color that is unavailable for whatever reason.nnIf you need something very specific done, I do recommend bringing a photo or two of what you want so there are no miscommunications. Whenever I bring a photo, my nails come out exactly the way I want!
