We came in to purchase a couch and Ivan helped as from minute one from what we needed. We wasn’t pushy and gave us time to sit and try out the couch we wanted. He gave us many options to ensure our couch would be good for our needs and gave us a good deal. We walked in a bit late, so he stayed 30 minutes over closing to ensure we could finance the couch that we liked. Definitely ask for Ivan if you want a good deal!

This place has so many options and prices are great! If you ever stop by ask for Ivan Mejia. He was awesome! It was my first time buying a bedroom set and he was very professional and explained everything to me. He was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable! Overall had a great experience!
Do your research folks, furniture prices are subjective so shop around until you find the best deal. We went to Ashley, Belfort (online), and Value city. Value City matched our budget and had quality products. We did browsing, but landed on a great dresser. Ivan did a great job with being personable, honest, and helpful. He didn’t “sell” us but give his space to think and make a decision. We will be back.
Our salesman, Muhammad Abaidullah, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional when he helped my wife, Lauren, and me select some bedroom furniture. When we ran into a conflict on the delivery date of the furniture, Muhammad was very accommodating and helped us find a more convenient date. He also helped us process a return which we appreciated. He gave us excellent customer service, and we look forward to enjoying our beautiful new bedroom furniture when it arrives. We would definitely recommend both Value City and Muhammad and plan to shop there for future purchases.
