I had a wonderful experience shopping for my couch at La Monarca. From the warm greeting by Luis at the front door to the delivery of the couch, I thought the experience was very smooth. Nada, the sales rep took us through a tour of the store and talked with us about all the options available and there was never any pressure or hasty purchasing. I felt comfortable and at home there. They were able to make recommendations, meet our budget and schedule. I would recommend La Monarca to anyone who is looking for a single piece or a set of furniture or home accessory - you will be pleasantly surprised. They have lots of options at reasonable prices and are willing to with you! Go check them out today.
I had a very bad experience in this store. I bought a mattress and payed for it, but they sent me a different cheaper mattress. Then when I called them they sent me another one but it was very different then what I chose at the store. Then I went back to say it was not the one I chose and that I wanted to return it and they told me to go to the court and they were very rude.

If youre looking for quality furniture, friendly salespeople, and a lot of variety, you need to come to La Monarca. They have really good prices, fast delivery, and they made it really easy to shop for new bedroom and living room furniture. Im definitely going to be coming back in the future and recommending my family and friends to come here as well
