Our experience with Ashley Furniture was great. We actually went in a little over a month ago and met Tony. We explained that we had just purchased a home and just looking at options. He was available for questions but not overbearing or on top of us while we browsed. We took his information, as we really liked the selection available knowing we would be back. We went back today and were able to work again with Tony who made the process super smooth and simple. We will gladly be back for furniture in the future.

I went to Ashley looking for a new bed frame. I don’t normally like shopping for furniture.Jacob and Tony were so helpful and made me feel at home. I found a bed frame I really liked. They answered our questions and gave helpful suggestions to any dilemmas we had. They were very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend Ashley!

Our first visit to this store was wonderful- no pressure, we were able to just look around without being bothered. When we returned later in the afternoon to decide on a purchase, Tony remembered us from earlier and was extremely helpful! He answered all of our questions, gave us time and space to continue wandering the store, and made the final purchase process seamless. We would absolutely work with Tony again in the future!

Tony was very helpful with my mom and I, we were both looking at couches for our homes. He was very patient and checked in on us, but wasn’t pushy at all. Of course going on Labor Day was very hectic and busy but Tony didn’t make us feel as if we were forgotten. I could tell he was juggling several customers at once but we were in and out of there pretty quick. I’m very happy with the customer service we experienced!
